More Info About the AiCore™Fundamentals Program

This program provides comprehensive coverage of the fundamentals of professional personal property valuation and appraising.  The AiCore™Principles are covered in-depth and then applied to ethical and reporting considerations, methodology and procedures which valuers and appraisers may encounter:

• in basic to advanced assignments;

• in any free market, common law jurisdiction;

• for any Intended or Assigned use.

This 100-Classroom hour program spans 4-months in the live, online AiResidence™ offering.

The same program may be taken via AiMentored Self-Paced Study in the AiCloud collaborating with global. specialty specific AiMentors who are assigned to new Enrolled AiCandidates during the second full week of each month.  AiMentored AiCore enrollees  are given between 6 and 12-months to complete the program.

Live, AiResidence participants attend two three hour sessions twice a week.

Each session is repeated 2 or 3 times on days and times determined after canvasing of enrolled participants at the start of the year.  For review and to fill in for any missed sessions over the 5-months, all program materials and audio-visual AiRecordings™ are available to participants in the AiCloud.

The full program is also available in the constantly running AiMentored Self-Paced Study™ Program using those materials of the latest parallel AiResidence offering.

Successful completion provides eligibility for the AISociety Advanced member Titles of

• "AIS" - AISociety Member appellation after AiCore-I

• "AiSV" - "AISociety Valuer" Accredited Member appellation after AiCore-II

Both are listed in the AISociety's  Accredited International Valuers Registry™ (AiV-Reg™).

The "AiSV" title and appellation receives a numered license and "AiSV" Logo.

The AiCore™Program provides the building blocks and is the prerequisite for

AiSCV - Appraisers International Society Certified Valuer™

AiCertification Graduate Titles, including the:
